BasketClaimRowDustBps
Storage Plain v468 → current New in v468Relative part of the row-dust floor, in basis points of the fund anchored NAV.
Explore chainThe Big Picture
The relative half of the row floor. Without it a small validator fund, where every row might be worth under the absolute cap, would have all of its rows treated as dust.
Why This Matters
A fund is judged against its own size, not against a flat TAO figure.
Example Scenario
A fund with 50 TAO anchored NAV at 10 basis points has a row floor of 0.05 TAO, well under the 1 TAO cap.
Use Cases
- Compute the row floor for a given fund
- Track governance changes to claim dust policy
From Chain Metadata
ITEM --> relative part of the row-dust floor, in basis points of the fund's anchored NAV (see [`BasketClaimRowDustCapTao`]). Keeps the floor proportionate for small funds. `0` disables the row skip. Set via `AdminUtils::sudo_set_basket_claim_dust`.
Purpose & Usage
Purpose
Keeps the row floor proportionate to fund size so small funds still redeem their rows.
Common Query Patterns
- Query with BasketClaimRowDustCapTao to compute the row floor
- Zero disables the row rule
Notes
- First appears at runtime v468. Default 10 basis points, so 0.1% (lib.rs DEFAULT_BASKET_CLAIM_ROW_DUST_BPS at v468).
- Basis points, so 10000 is 100%. sudo_set_basket_claim_dust rejects a value above 10000.
- The row floor is min(BasketClaimRowDustCapTao, this × anchored NAV / 10000).
- Set together with the other three knobs by sudo_set_basket_claim_dust.

Default Value
Absent keys read as this value — querying a key that has never been written returns this default, not an error or empty result.
