(signature, nonce, mortality, fee payment), then pre-dispatch checks where it may fail with errors like NetworkDoesNotExist, SubNetworkDoesNotExist, RootNetworkDoesNotExist, followed by dispatch which emits events: DissolveNetworkScheduled, DissolveNetworkScheduleDurationSet, and finally post-dispatch where ExtrinsicSuccess is emitted and fees are settled.
